The PSU is a bit overkill in wattage, but if you can get it for $70 AR AP, it's a good pick.

Corsair 350D is a nice case but as a matter of personal preference I'd get the sturdier German-built Nanoxia DS4.

The Arctic Silver 5 is just pointless, you don't need it. Hyper 212 EVO already comes with paste that does the job. If you wanted to pay more for CPU cooling then you ought to get a better heat sink to begin with, but you're not overclocking. You might even get the good ol' 212+ for $20 AR.

As for the rest, I wouldn't change a thing.
