I ordered a new setup which will replace my current system...

Asus P5k non dlx ------------------------------------ $149.99 from xpcgear.com
E4300 oem + Arctic cooler freezer 7 pro ------ $108 from xpcgear +$22 from ewiz
2gb G.Skill ddr2-800 5-5-5-15 ------------------- $110 from Newegg last month :(
Evga 8800gts 640 ----------------------------------- $295 after 30Mir at buy.com

Total spent: $685 after $30MIR

I plan to try my current Enermax 465w with 32a single 12v rail to power up the new system...
U guys think it should be enough or will i need a new PS?

Any other thoughts or advice?

You should be ok w/ 32A on the 12V rail as long as you have an 8pin EPS conector for the motherboard. (you can use a P4 4pin instead but it doesn't work as well)

o_0 I totally forgot about that... was only worried about my vidcard connectors... U raise a good point... I dont actually think i have an 8 pin for the mobo... it only has a 4pin which was used for the a64 3000+ cpu 939... So the board needs an 8 pin connector i see....Is it possible to buy this connector n hook it to my psu or will it not work that well either... does it require an original 8pin ?

I intend to overclock n play recnt games pretty much

I would shell out a few extra bucks and get the E4400. It's not going to drop much in July, so you won't get hurt too bad by buying now. And you'd be getting a little higher multiplier.
