NEw build not working (solved)

I recently got a parts for a new computer

AMD 3800+ single core
2 GB OCZ 800 Mghz ram
radeon x850xt sapphire
biostar T-force 550

I normally will post, but when I enter bios setup the keyboard goes unresponsive. I can't move or select anything. I have tried resetting the CMOS, any other ideas?

Ok, its not a keyboard problem, after stripping my computer down and running it on a piece of cardboard I have found out that its the ram. Both my two chips are good, individually, but together the computer doesn't like them, what should I do?
