It’s a Asus rig x299 rog rampage extreme encore motherboard Intel 10980xe 18 core cpu Samsung 980 1TB nvme drive for main operating system, sabrent rocket 1TB nvme drive second drive and a crucial 1TB SSD third drive 128 GB F4 GSkill 4000 gtzr ram (4 x 32 GB ) Nvidia RTX 3090 founders edition 24 GB graphics card EVGA G2 1300 super nova modular power supply Corsair H170 XT 420 AIO liquid cooler windows 10 home 64 bit operating system inside Corsair x7000 case think that’s everything. Bottom line everything is performing fantastic on basic settings apart from the ram it’s only running at about 60% of its max and seems to be holding rest of system back and I’m no computer tune expert hope you can help

If you didn't get it sorted, enabling XMP profile in the bios is simple and may be all you are after (for now.)
