New Build...need your help

I'm looking to build an entry gaming rig and need help.

Total Price is 650.

Items so far I was hoping to have was an Intel q6600 processor and an ATI 4850. I'm not sure what MB to use.

May want to wait for the Q9550's to come down in price, and get one of those. If you still need help deciding on RAM and other parts, I can be of assistance.

Will you be needing new OS, HDD, DVD burner, case, cooler, etc?

If not, you could spend more and get a better graphics card, and go for the Q9550 right away.
 
right now 650 is my budget...case and powersupply is going to be hard. Any help there?
