New build, need some PSU advice...

I'm building my first new computer since 2005, and am feeling a bit outdated...need some help with how much power I need.

New rig's parts are:
Silverstone Fortress 2
GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R
Xeon X5570 - looking to OC to ~3.2 or 3.5 if possible
Corsair H50
G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3 1600
ASUS 5850 - maybe some OC
1 x 74GB Raptor - looking to upgrade to SSD soon
1 x 1TB WD Black
1 x 750GB Samsung F1
1 x DVDRW

I may CF the 5850 in a year's time depending on cost. Plan to use this rig mainly for SC2 and Photoshop, and some video rendering. I originally looked at the Silverstone ST75F-P 750W, but now thinking that may be overkill. I want a modular PSU that will support this rig but not kill my electric bill. Budget for PSU is about $120. Thanks!

Silverstone Strider Plus sounds like a good Idea to me...under $120, 80plus Silver...and it can back up that rating. Fully modular...great perfromance. Nothing wrong with overkill.

Otherwise I have seen the new Seasonic M12II 620 and the Silversteon Decathalon 700W and 650W for under $100.
