Does anyone know a really good motherboard?
I do not overclock. Will run Windows XP. Will Q6600 for media, games, etc.

I was looking at

Depending on the type of bells and whistles you are looking for Id save some money and look at the Asus P5K-E or the straight P5K board.
 
Was there some particular reason you narrowed it down to that short list? There seems to be quite an array there. I understand that DFI LP UT P35 T2R board kicks some major booty but $300 is overkill if you are not going to push the system, you will be wasting your cash.

I went round and round on a board decision and landed on the Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R; it was a good combination of features & future proofing at a reasonable price.

... stay away from the Intel boards, you might decide to tweak your cpu just a hair... ya know?
