New build - need help/advise with components

I want to build a new pc for streaming throughout the house. I may or may not use windows home server, I am thinking I will probably use vista, in order to use media center and stream to xbox 360's. Anyway, it will run most of the day, but I usually shut everything off at night. So power usage is a concern, but not excessively so.
