I'd go for a Gigabyte P45 DS3L instead of that board but if you have terribly strong brand loyalty I'm sure it'll do.

why go to DDR21000..you can save some cash if you need to and get DDR2800 and then OC with a linked cpu and RAM. I got my ram up now to around 1000.
