New build loading problems

Building a new system with a GA-P35-DS3L.
Windows sees the drive,a new 500gb seagate partitioned with 26gb for windows.
It sees both partitions but says the drive is unpartitioned and will not load Windows.
Both partitions are formatted and are seen by operating computers......What's up
 
Downloaded the Seagate disc wizard and used that to add it as a new disc,seems to have fixed the problem.
I did have to let it remove the partition I had made but I just went back and added it after it was done.
Windows is loading now.
