New Build Issues

Hi, i just built my new computer with the following specs.
Pentium D 920
Gigabyte mobo
6800Gt
2GB of Mushkin DDR 2
When I first turned it on I saw this....


can anyone help me?? I also had trouble getting it to post after I saw that.

Can't really make out what it says, something about "detecting IDE drive"? If so, I would try and swap out your HDD with another one. I'm assuming you have all your cables/connectors/jumpers set and connected well?

im not worried about the ide drives... im worried about the dots and lines on my monitor. Ithink its a gfx card issue.
