New Build help

i am trying to build a new gaming system which would also be used for a bit of video editing as well.
my budget is limited to USD 800 to 900. not more than 900.

i intend to salvage the following from my old ring

1. LG HD monitor
2. corsair carbide 400r
3. corsair VS 650 PSU

Since i am not updated with the everchanging tech. could someone suggest a new build.
I stay in Bangalore, India. any suggestion on where to get the system assembled also would be of great help.

Appreciate all your help.

man. i didnt get to thank you 1st @Flayed
Could you suggest a GPU, if i have to go with a Radeon Graphics.

i been using Radeon GPUs for all my earlier rigs. I may be wrong. but i always thought u get more bang for bucks with Radeon. i might be wrong here. if you say this is the best built. i would go with it.

Appreciate your help 🙂

The rx 5700 and 5700xt are nice except they are blower coolers which can be a bit loud. Custom cooled cards are about to be launched by AMD's partners.
RX Vega 56 and 64 are good value now if you can find them on sale. I would avoid the blower style coolers unless you don't care about noise.

I have an Asus ROG Vega 56 which I got for a great price. It's a very nice card with a monster heatsink lol

Asus Prime X570-P/CSM Motherboard (Amd Socket AM4/Ryzen Series CPU/Max 128GB DDR4 4400MHz Memory)
Msi X570-A Pro Motherboard (Amd Socket AM4/Ryzen Series CPU/Max 128GB DDR4 4400MHz Memory)
Gigabyte X570 UD Motherboard (Amd Socket AM4/Ryzen Series CPU/Max 128GB DDR4 4000MHz Memory)

Could you let me your thoughts about these MOBOs instead of ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 ATX AM4

I would suggest staying away from the Intel 660P SSD. I've had it in 2 different Asus laptops and it has terrible performance. I had to turn off the Windows 10 restore protection for it to perform somewhat ok.

Made a few changes , due to availability of parts and other suggestions and here is how the list now.
Hope this is good. kindly suggest if i need to change something. if not i would let them take my $$

Thanks everyone . i have placed the order and awaiting parts . i upgraded the card to Galax Gaming RTX 2060 Super EX 1-Click-OC 8GB DDR6 . did not want to take chance with the Radeon 5700 and Sapphire PULSE would take too long to reach me.

Before closing this thread, i have another query. the PSU iam thinking to salvage is
Corsair VS650
MODEL 75-001837

Do you guys think this is OK ?
