I would like to get some opinions on some MOBO, PSU, CPU, and RAM combinations in so far as the compatibility and performance. i will be using this for gaming and video encoding, i will be using a,

The choices i am looking at for CPU's are:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Manchester 1GHz FSB Socket 939 Dual Core Processor Model ADA3800BVBOX - Retail
Or
AMD Opteron 165 Denmark 1GHz FSB Socket 939 Dual Core Processor Model OSA165CDBOX - Retail
I would like to OC later on when i have a better understanding of how it is done.
The MOBO choices are:
ASUS A8N-SLI Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD
ASUS A8N-E Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD
DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD
SLI may be a consideration for the future.
the PSU choices:
Antec TRUEPOWERII TPII-550 ATX12V 550W Power Supply
Antec TruePower 2.0 TP2-550 EPS12V ATX12V 550W Power Supply
OCZ PowerStream OCZ520ADJSLI ATX, BTX, EPS12V 520W Power Supply
Going a bit bigger to allow for future upgrades
RAM choices:
CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Unbuffered Dual Channel Kit System Memory Model TWINX2048-3200
OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Unbuffered Dual Channel Platinum System Memory Model OCZ4002048ELDCPE-K
I would like to OC later on when i have a better understanding of how it is done.
any coments/sugestions would be helpful as this is going to be my first build. My budget is around +/- $1200
