New build help! System won't start.

I just put together an i7 920 build here are my specs

Intel i7 920
EVGA E758-TR 3-Way SLI
OCZ Gold 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
XFX ATI Radeon 5870
Dark Knight-S1283V heatsink
700 watt OCZ PSU

I can't get the system to post, the system turns on but then shuts off, then will turn its self back on again then shut off and just repeats this. The error message the motherboard is showing me is F8 and F3 before it shuts down.

I have taken out all but 1 stick of RAM, i've unplugged all the hard drives and optical drives. I'm not sure what to do next or if the board is bad. Any help would be appreciated.

Does the manual states what F8 and F3 mean? That'll be a great system if you can get it started. Good luck.

its has to do with checking the memory banks. Not sure what do next though.
