I don't see why not. They are all decent components. That said, sometimes ASUS mobos can be touchy about RAM choices, but my educated guess is that you'd be OK. If you're really concerned, call ASUS Tech Support and ask them about the G.Skill.

I assume this a second system? What PSU do you plan to use? I see you're using a 430 now, so would suggest something on the order of a 550-620 for the new build, to "future proof" your system. Stick with Seasonic, maybe with a Corsair HX620. I have one and love it - modular is great!!
