new build hard drive not deceted correctly

i have a 250gb seagate 7200.8. in windows its being detected as 127gb znd i know thats not right anyone got any ideas?

sp2.

 

[Nocturnal]

Download and install SP2. Then right click on my computer, manage and go into local disk management. From there you can create that extra space/partition.
