New build - H100 Verticle Mount

Just finished up a new build. Many years since doing this for myself. I will be adding, tweaking and yes modding. Already Case hunting. Thinking of a vertical mb case style. Need to turn this on first, haha.

- Rosewill BLACKHAWK-ULTRA Super Tower - Semi modded
- i5-3570K
- ASUS P8Z77-V PRO LGA 1155
- Sapphire 7970 Toxic
- SeaSonic X-SERIES X-1050
- Corsair Force Series GT 120GB SATA III
- G.SKILL Trident X Series (2 x 8GB) DDR3 2400
- Corsair H100 (HDD Cage Mounted)
- Cougar CF-V12HP 12CM x4 p/p for H100
- NZXT 14 cm Orange x2 front intake
- Cougar 14CM rear exhaust
- Bitfenix Spectre Pro 230mm x2 top exhaust
- Bitfenix extension cables - must do all the PSU/Case cables myself to make it cleaner.

Please let me know if I did the image link incorrectly. I have had all the items except the 7970 Toxic in my closet since June. Finally gave up and purchased the Toxic card.

Sincerely,

Stephen

That's really nicely done but I can't help but think that this is mainly for the look instead of performance as recirculating hot case air through the radiator will not get you the best temps.

I agree,

Already thinking of channeling, "ducting" air directly to the H100 and "out". Must use my imagination. Will require visiting the dollar store.

Thank You for a Honest reply.

Stephen

I just chuckle every time I see the cheap hoses on those closed-loop Corsair's like your H100 What junk! Even so, I do luv your Cougar blades.

I love the color scheme.

Not the best location for a radiator mount since you are dumping the warm air back over your computer, but it isn't that big of a deal.
