I currently have an old AMD X2 5000 with 2GB 667ram.

I already have an ATI 4870 1GB card. Going to stick with that for a while.

I'm going to replace everything else though. Using my existing Antec Case. I think the only thing I need besides this is thermal paste.

How did you find that, anyway? was it a pre-existing combo deal or is there a tool to make those?
 
I would probably get the X4 955 version of the combo that blackmage posted. You save another $20 and since the 955 and 965 are both Black Editions, it is literally a single BIOS change to turn a 955 into a 965.
