Okay, so here are my components:
- Intel C2D E4300
- Arctic Freezer Pro 7
- Gigabyte 965P DS3 Rev 3.3
- MSI x1950 pro 256MB
- Antec 480 Watt PSU
- 2x1GB Super Talent DDR2-667
- 400GB Seagate Sata HDD
- 16x Sony Nec DVD Burner SATA
- Sceptre 20.1" WS LCD Monitor
- Thermaltake Mambo case
- Vista Business
Question 1:
I bought a tube of AS5 and then realized there was a TIM on the arctic freezer pro 7 already. AS5 is better than what's on already, right? So I can just scrape off and clean with rubbing alcohol/q tip, and then apply the AS5 onto the cpu?
Question 2:
I've never overclocked before, so I'm
about it. I install all the components, the OS, and then after, I overclock? I know lots of people have this cpu + motherboard combo, so I was wondering if you guys can tell me what options I need to disable and etc.
