New build critique

Hi, I need help with selection of components. I don't need OS. I will use it primarily for work in CAD (ArchiCAD) and 3D programs, as well as the playback of HD videos. Configuration should be quiet to work at night. My budget is $1500.
What do you think about SSD?

My suggestion:

Is it really necessary to have a SSD?

I don't know how it builds on the CAD programs.

No, it is not necessary. It does however really speed up big software packages like CAD.

Here's some comments:
- PSU: Nice, but totally unnecessary. This Seasonic 350W will be quiet, more efficient, and less expensive.
- Case: Good
- Mobo: More expensive than you need. I'd grab the GA-Z68A-D3H instead.
- CPU: The K series have the better IGP, so I'd stick with what you've got even though you won't be overclocking.
- RAM: Good
- HSF: Good
- SSD : Go with what mnewsham suggested
- Wifi: I don't have any experience with that particular card. I'd say to use wired Ethernet if at all possible
- Storage HDD : Good
