Is this a good ram to choose? I am not sure what to get for ram. Options to pay a little more and get DDR2 800 or 8500.

If you're not overclocking, just grab the DDR2-800.

I have never oc'd before, but I thought about oc'n just a little bit. Not crazy or anything.
