New Build; any problems?

I think I have finally gave in. It is time for something new. Haha. I just want to make sure it will all play nice or if I've made any bad decisions. It will be ordered from NCIX.com since I am in Canada.

Athlon 64 x2 3800+
Antec Sonata II (Using the PSU)
Pioneer DVR-111D
EVGA E-GEFORCE 7900 GT KO
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB
OCZ Gold XTC PC2-6400 2X1GB DDR2-800 CL5-5-5-12
ASUS M2N-E

The thing that scares me is the motherboard and ram. Will my choices work or should I go for something else? And what do you recommend?

Should be ok. I haven't heard anything bad about the M2N-E and OCZ memory.

You obviously havn't read this thread.
Go with the MSI k9n platinum instead, but it needs to be less than or equal to 1.9v, that OCZ doesn't satisfy that. Try ddr2-667 OCZ gold and oc it after you get it to boot up.
