New box detects HDD as 128gig, not 160

Yes I know that is the max for a mobo that doesn't support large disks, however even after a Bios update it still thinks it is too small. I flashed it to ver. 4 of this Bios and Gigabyte says it supports it. My mobo is a Gigabyte 7VM333M-RZ and the HD is a WD 160gb.

This is my 5th build in the past couple years and probably the smoothest one with the exception of this little problem. Any ideas?
