New BOINC install (seti) - troubles

Can't this ever go smoothly?

I installed a fresh BOINC on my T5500 and found it not running the way I wanted it to.
Reinstalled again, now it's saying

"Message from server: Your app_info.xml file doesn't have a usable version of SETI@home Enhanced"

It's also saying:
"Message from server: (reached daily quota of 140 tasks)"

WTH??? It's only got the 16 processes it's actually doing and what's with the 140 per day thing? What if this box can do more than 140 per day??

I installed the following:
"Lunatics_Win64v0.36_(SSE3+)_AP505r409_AKv8bx64_CudaV12.exe"
And set it up for SSE4, no AP, no CUDA.

What (if anything) do I need to do with my app_info.xml?
What (if anything) can I do about the 140 per day limit???

I have gotten the same messages on other projects. What I have found is that the limit (140) is the maximum that you can have without reporting. Report 16 WUs and you get 16 more.

It's saying the project is down for maintenance.
The box has plowed through all it's work units and is sitting there idle.

doesnt this stuff slow down your pc?

If you Game, it is a good idea to turn off Boinc. If you're doing something else CPU Intensive, you can leave Boinc going without problems. It just seems to be situations, like Games, where Quick changes in Hardware use are common, where Boinc can cause some glitching. A lot of that might be Memory specific though.

Everyday light-moderate use isn't affected by Boinc. I'm running 6 CPU Threads and 1 GPU 24/7 and never notice issues Browsing, watching Videos, etc.
