New BOINC core client v4.14 available, all platforms.

The new v4.14-client just contains a bug-fix for re-trying downloads if failed, and nothing else. The separate gui is still being alpha-tested.

Would highly recommend all dialup-users to upgrade.
For download, goto http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php

As always, the BOINC core client must be manually downloaded and installed. To upgrade, just stop the old client, and install the new over top.

Note, for CPDN, would also make sure the preference "leave application in memory" is used before upgrade, even if only running CPDN, and make sure CPDN actually have stopped running before installing the upgrade...
