New Board + Intel CPU

Hi folks,
My old man is in the US so its good idea to get a new PC build. Main reason is that my motherboard has a broken PCIE and to be able to buy new parts for a new build and sell my current PC. right now i think the best CPU to get would be a i6600k and a LGA 1151 board that fits the CPU, im not sure about the Mo/bo so id like to see what you'd recommend. The idea is to do OC and use it mostly for gaming, what do you think about these items?
Looking forward to hearing from you

I agree you should go with a current generation Skylake CPU and that means you need a Z170 chipset board if you plan on overclocking.Note that you will need DDR4 as well. The video card listed here is quite aged, so you might want to consider a GTX1070 or 1060 or an RX480 or 470.

For overclocking no doubt the Asrock mobos. if you can afford go with the OC-Formula.
The extreme series are also very good boards.

The options for overclocking with asrock are endless, maybe a bit too much if your novice. Besides solid boards, never had one die on me.
