New Blade III: Trinity Trailer

Oh cool. I didn't know they were making a 3rd. I love the Blade series. But I thought Whistler was dead... Haven't seen 2 since it came out though. Have to go refresh my memory. Can't remember how he came back.

I'll summarize it, since it's in Blade 2.

Obviously, don't read any further if you don't want the first 20 minutes of Blade 2 spoiled.

The vampires got to Whistler before he died, they kept him alive and in sort of a "blood hibernation" tank or something. Blade tracks him down and finds out he's turned into a vampire, so he gives him a shot of something and makes him go "cold turkey" overnight. Apparently that cures him, because the rest of the movie he's back to his old self.

I can't wait for Blade: Trinity. I loved the first two movies and could watch them over and over again without getting tired of them
 
Blade >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Blade 2. Now, odds are good I will see Blade 3, and I have purchased both Blade and Blade II DVDs.. but Blade II was pretty bad .. some of the WWF esque battle scenes... Come ON.... III does look pretty cool tho. 🙂

you love the Blade series but you've only seen the first one? 😕
 
I had problems getting that one to play, but I found the trailers somewhere else. Very nice. I'm going no matter what. In the commentary on the first movie, they specifically cited the downfall of the Batman series as what they didn't want to do, and that gives me faith that they'll at least be good enough to spend my money on.

Although I do like Guillermo Del Toro's style, the second movie definitely wasn't as good as the first. Hopefully, Goyer can make this one as good as the first.

Guillermo did an excellent job with Hellboy. It was a light hearted movie that he could have fun with. Blade is just too "serious" of a comic for his style.

Looking forward to Hellboy 2 as well. I don't even like comic books, but for some reason I love comic book movies.

Just an FYI for the fans of this series.

This is the last Blade movie. Not sure how much of common knowledge this is though. Thought I'd share it.

And to prevent polls, I've seen a good one before. I think it's actually at the Balde 3 forum at the official web page. 60% of people prefer Blade 1 over 2.
