According to comments that I've seen on other sites, these are missing the PLL Overvoltage option. And apparently F7f (latest beta before F7) for the UD7 was missing it too.

I can only speculate on why the option was removed for the final release. It may be that they were focusing on fixing the S3 sleep problem and the PLL Overvoltage option interfered with the fix. I don't know.

Personally I put overclocking ability and stability above sleep, but that's just my set of priorities. Looks like I'll have to go with F7e or F6x for the time being.

I found this over at overclock.net. Seems to be similar revisions as well as some confirmed stability posts. I am just about to upgrade my p67a-ud3p to the mentioned f6b bios. I will let you know how it turns out.

So far so good on f6b, running stable at 4.5 on my 2500k @ 1.35 volts for initial testing.

Hey guys.

If you try a new BIOS, please post what problems are fixed/not fixed/newly created. Also state which board you are using (along with other relevant system specs). It'll help out others who are trying to troubleshoot their setups.

Hmmm. According to this post, F7f for UD7 does have the PLL Overvoltage option. I'm inclined to believe Stasio over the other commenter since Stasio is the one receiving and posting the new betas.

I'll have to try F7f when my board arrives tomorrow.

I was given a F6d (newer than the F6b posted here) BIOS for my P67A-UD3P from Gigabyte support 2 days ago. I tried it and it did fix the S3 issues, however had multiple bugs in the memory voltage section. I reported my findings and they said there will be a new beta soon to address them.

Do any of these fix the Select Boot Device option during start up? I tried it with F6a yesterday to flash my Intel SSD and the screen went black and showed some weird graphics that looked like they came from Space Invaders. Subsequent attempts just resulted in a black screen followed by system restart.

I just had to manually change the boot order in the BIOS, but I prefer leaving HDD first to avoid the +5-10s added by polling the optical drive.

Personally I would avoid any of the F6 beta BIOSes. Full of bugs and it seems as soon as they fix one issue, another pops up. I found F5 to be very stable except for the known S3 issues, which I can work around.
