Has anyone tried out the new 2.5 bios for the k7t turbo? I found it on the german msi webpage (http://www.msi-technology.de/download/bios/63xx/63303_25.exe), the only change mentioned on the webpage is "The incorrect recognition of the adjusted CCU recovers core voltage." Well thats what babelfish tells me anyway...i wonder if it has memory interleaving and the other changes from the 16 beta in as well. If anybody tries it lets see the results here eh?

I tried it and it only seems to give you the multiplier thats on your cpu and higher. On my 1200, I can only access multipliers 12-15 with it, and only 12, 13, 14, 15. No 12.5, 13.5, etc. Not sure about any other changes, but from an overclocking stand point, its not very good.

Alfalfa... I'm having the same problem as you. When I try to load it up it just sits there and does nothing. Not sure if/what I am doing wrong, but if you find out I would love to know.

Hi,

Had the same experience of the "frozen system" when trying to flash the MSI K7T Turbo bios.

The solution was to go back into bios setup and reset the bios to either "safe settings" or "optimal setting" Save and exit then restart and do the flash.

This worked every time for me. MSI needs to do some work on their bios writing.

Thx,
Jon
