Dated August 17 it is version 2606:

PRIME X570-P BIOS 2606
"Improve system performance and stability
Improve Fan control function
Improve DRAM stability
Update AM4 AGESA combo V2 PI 1.0.8.0
Improve system stability
Improve DRAM performance"

I am going to flash it tonight.

I am sure other Asus AMD boards will be getting an update, too.

Looks like my X570 board has the 1.2.0.7 update out, and it is no longer beta.

Any reason to update from the 1.2.0.3b version? Considering I am already on a 5950X, so I don't need an update to run a better CPU like on the B350 board.

Other than the FTpm fix there isn't many changes so really up to you.

This version still has the EDC greater than 140 bug.

Thanks for the head's up. There's a new BIOS for the Asus ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming ATX mobo as well. Happy days!

Curious what the security issue is, and whether that only applies to the APUs, since it mentions Athlons.

Install completed and good so far I also took the oppurunity to upgrade the chipset drivers also. Now I just need to put PBO back on and redo the memory timings for the B-die.

Completed. No issues to report.

A little OT, but stressed it a little as I finally decided to undervolt my 5800x3d. Several runs of OCCT and 3dmark timespy without a hiccup.

Wouldn't it be nice if there was an "advanced" option for the geek types that would like some insight on how "system performance and stability" was improved? How was fan control improved? Why was "system stability" improved twice in the same update. Shoot, write it in Chinese if it's too much trouble in English, people can translate and try to figure it out.

Motherboards are so similar that doing this, giving the customer more info on these updates would swing me to purchase from that manufacturer.
