New BeyondTV is out, HUGE improvement

No longer crashes frequently from incompatibility with any recent Catalyst drivers.
Much smaller CPU and memory footprint (I'm seeing like 250MB less!).

From the web interface you can now add your own compression quality choices. Default choice affects live TV viewing. With WM9 codecs picked the CPU footprint is as small as the ATI Multimedia Center TV app, I think its now taking advantage of hardware acceleration from the card.

Must've been some sort of ninja upgrade, you're post is te first I heard of the update.

Now I can change the port that the BTV web access works on, and have it stick.

Yeah it went out very quietly. I would imagine there will be some official announcements soon.
