Actually it's supposed to work on the original radeons too.

Anyone using it with the VIVO DDR 64???? I'm reluctant to upgrade to these new "6000" named drivers yet, so any feedback is appreciated. I have no problem using beta drivers if they work well, but like to hear from others before I dive in to these.

These drivers do work with the old Radeon series. I am using them with my Radeon LE with no problems. Drivers look fine, I picked up approx 120 points in 3d mark, That could be from the drivers or the lunar cycle, 120 points isnt much

Thank you! I had tried the latest 'beta' drivers from the ATI sight but they broke one application so I was still on the 'released' set. On the release set my XP system wouldn't unsuspend. With these new drivers not only is the app working, but I can finally suspend the system!

Thanks again!

Just finished doing a very brief test of the leaked drivers for windows XP. Not very impressed.

I uninstalled the drivers before hand like recommended. Put in the new drivers and start it up. Did a quick blast threw 3Dmark2001 and after it got done the text had like, a blue highlight over it. Started up Internet Explorer...this problem was present there also. My score had jumped 400 points (must have done a crappy install of the 3286 drivers, cuz now im within 100 points), but now this stupid highlighted problem. So I restarted and the problem was still present...weird.

Also, they have implemented some rotation settings under the ATI control panel...locked up the computer instantly, blue screen of death when I tried to rotate 90 degrees....dont ask me why I was doing this, just wanted to see what it did and I found out.

So I did a uninstall of the new drivers, went back to the 3286's and now im scoring 7840 regularly with a bunch of crap loaded up in the back ground. Im content for now, but as always would like to see drivers that release more features/improve speed.

Tried both. Don't see much of a difference.

In WinXP, I went back to the 3286 driver. It messed up my ATI Tv wonder. The channels are all screwd up.

Drivers work great, raised 3d mark by 300ish to 8600, and games actually look nicer. RCTW and a few others seem to look sharper then before.

I replaced the W2K 3293's with the 6011's for my Radeon LE and the performance increase is stunning on the one game I have had a chance to try out thoroughly, namely: Rally Masters. We're talking in excess of 50%. These 6000's are really something new. And no, there was nothing wrong with my setup before. Happy happy joy joy! :D

Okay, not as thoroughly as I should have before getting carried away with my excitement. LOL. Actually it's more like 20%. Some tracks are significantly more demanding than others.
