yes, kudos to getting rid of dolphin hopping, but, that's about it.
The MG's are way to accurate now lol. I'm support nowadays, because it absolutely owns now.
throwing nades go way too far.
There seems to be a wierd lag/bug associated w/ throwing objects while jumping (of course they took it out..). When you jump and accidently toss something, there's a hiccup or something. hate it.
Missiles are way too fast and move totally stupidly, and zigzags, and turns 180 degrees until it hits the target. Made the game easier on the noobs.
Of course, I've gotten used to the patch. I fly a lot, and I tell my teammates to SPOT enemy planes first thing. Also tell wingman to do constant runs on enemy AA's. Of course I do the same. AA's are my primary targets. I've already adapted to AA's however. That'll be my secret. A huge hint is, just stay out of every single AA's range. once u know the range, ur unstoppable. How to constantly stay away, i won't tell you. it's actually pretty obvious lol.
I've also changed the path of bombing runs to avoid AAs. Also, I learned how to avoid the first missile, but never the 2nd missile. But still, it enables me to survive.
And before the AA guy can lock onto you, there's a way to quickly get out of lockon range, and only one missile can be fired. And dodging one missile is possible.
At first I hated the patch. now, only very few can get in a plane and survive. I've adapted, despite some of the changes I've despised. I love the game, so I have to adapt. No time to b!tch and complain.
well, actually, i did make some constructive complaints in the forums.. but, donno, now I want the AA's and missiles to remain accurate, since I can now avoid at least the first missile.
I constantly check my 6 now. now, whoever's behind the other plane first, wins. Before, it was constant chasing, evading, long dogfights w/ cannons. I'm a crapload more aware while in the air.
I rarely used missiles before 1.2.
Now 1.21 is coming out soon. ehh..
