Is there a new card coming out from radeon or nvidia? Going to order another card or two to throw up for sale (for much less than online retail prices of course 🙂 ). Want to know if it's worth ordering 2 7950GX2s or if I should hold off.
 
Well, nVidia's G80 should be coming out in a few months, and ATi should be following suit with their R600. If you get 7950GX2s now, I strongly suggest getting them from eVGA for the Step-up program, so that you have the option of a G80 upgrade in your future.
 
I wouldnt get a $550 graphics card when G80 is probably 1-2 months away. Plus they are DX10 cards (although that might not mean much since developers take 1-2 years to adopt and take full advantage of new DX).

...I am assuming that G80 or R600 will be faster than 7950 though.
