New awake/sleep schedule

I recently started going to the gym early in the morning. I wake up at 5:00AM and go to the gym. From there I go to work.

I have been extremely tired the past few days since I've been going to the gym so early.

I get tired and have slept by 9:00PM yesterday, I think on Monday I slept at 8:30PM. Today I got tired around 5:00PM.

Will I get adjusted to this?

Anyone else experience these types of things?

I don't think it's something medical... yet. Although if it continues and interferes with my day to day life I will definitely get checked out by a doctor.

Yes you will adjust but I doubt things will ever be perfect.

It can take several weeks, but at some point you should feel like you have more energy than before.

I would give a better timeline/scale but it has been months since I've been to the gym... last time I started again it took just over 2 weeks before I noticed a significant increase in energy.
