I recently installed a new Avermedia HD DVR to record my xbox Live game play

I've got the card installed in a dell e510 and have successfully captured some of my game play and posted to Youtube

I'd like to get better quality and I know the card will do it but may be limited by my pc.

Are others using this card for capture and if so what are you settings for capturing game play to Youtube? If so what specs on the pc are you running?
