This web update combines the features and fixes of three previous updates:

Sound Blaster Audigy 2 and Audigy 2 ZS Driver Update (released on 29 July, 2004)
EAX 4.0 ADVANCED HD Driver Patch Update for Sound Blaster Audigy 2 and Audigy 2 ZS (released on 29 March, 2004)
EAX 4.0 ADVANCED HD Driver Update for Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 and Audigy 2 ZS (released on 19 November, 2003).
In addition, this update adds Digital Rights Management (DRM) support for Sound Blaster® Audigy® 2 and Audigy 2 ZS series internal audio devices.

Enables Digital Rights Management support.
Features and enhancements provided by the above three updates.

You can install this update in place of the following:

Seems like all it does is install copy protection BS :roll: I guess I'll be skipping this one... Don't get me wrong, I'm for the idea, but in implementation it always seems to hurt legitimate consumers while pirates easily find ways around it and continue to do their thing.

Yeah, awesome upgrade there. I'll be happy to risk borking my system so that I can get nagged all the time and be unable to use music and software that I have paid for...[sigh].

Or more likely, it'll allow you to play music that has DRM enabled (should you chose to purchase such music), that otherwise you would not be able to play, while leaving all your non-DRM music alone.
