What is this software for?

Anyone know how to install the DVD player from the ATI CD without installing anything else?

The ATI site is Horrible for trying to get any help. They have a few FAQs that no one needs to know. That's it
 
Yeah, their tech support is very lacking...e-mails take a long time to get answered.

As for the MMC 7.1, it fixed one issue for me. I couldn't get Video Desktop to work properly, it wouldn't take up the whole desktop, just part of the desktop. With 7.1 it's working okay again.
