New Asus tr-ac87u router, blocked push notifications.

Been beating my head against my new router, Asus RT-AC87U replaced an Asus Rt-56. The old router was passing info, I opened all the same ports on the new unit, yet nothing get through. Any suggestions on what setting might be blocking things?
