New Asus Passive 6600 GT

What do you think of this Asus 6600 GT compared to Gigabyte's passive solution?

The rad looks a heck of a lot better. Put a quite 80mm fan on there, and you could o/c that thing pretty good as well.

I don't like the fact there are no heatpipes really close to the gpu tho

Looks cool to me. I wonder if it would interfere with any other motherboard components though.
