I upgraded from a EPOX 8RDA+ XP2500 to a ASUS K8N4-e Sempron64 3000 ,but I did not do a XP Repair install, I just plugged it up, booted up and everything installed ok. Is there any issues when just letting XP load it up, instead of doing a re-install ?
 
I believe there are files on your HD that identifies that installation to your motherboard. Someone here knew which files you have to delete. But I don't know which ones.
 
I ran every application and did not have single problem. If anyone knows of any issues please reply.

It was defintely worth the upgrade , because my gaming is 10X faster.
