New ASUS CUSL2/2-C Beta BIOS Experience

As I stated yesterday, Asus has a new beta BIOS for the above mentioned boards (1006.003). I flashed it into my CUSL2-C last night and it seems much better than either the current released BIOS, (003?), of the previous beta. My system boots much quicker during the BIOS check, I have had no trouble using my PC133 memory at 133, which the previous beta wouldn't let me do. USB seems to start up more reliably. And I seem to be able to OC much higher and much more reliably than before, using a 866 P3 at 920+ now. Couldn't get much over 890 before. Still haven't given it a full going over yet but definitely impressed. Only funny still left is that it seems at any clock speed over about 900, my AGP goes from 4x to 2x according to WinCPUid. Interested in anyone elses experiences with this BIOS.

Hm that is encouraging to know there is a BIOS better than this one which already has little flaws (1003)
When I picked up this mobo it worked good and still does,
so I've left the original BIOS in there. but if this newer BIOS overclocks better I'm all over it
because I am going thru the same thing, it doesn't overclock well like it is currently.
Also I've heard about it reverting back to 2x after speeds of 900. that is some other issue for whatever reason and it's not just you.
