New ASRock 939Dual SATA2 WONT Let Me Overclock!!!

I loaded BIOS 1.4 and in the CPU Config section it won't let me change the CPU frequency. I put it in CPU, PCIE Async, and hit ENTER on the 200 CPU Frequency but it doesn't respond. I can't change the value!!

Also if I just change the multiplier mode to manual and up it to x11 without changing the CPU frequency, hit F10 to save and exit, then when i reboot the multiplier is reset to x9 which is the default.

Help?

System is: Opteron 144, 512MB Corsair value, PCI video card, Maxtor PATA-133 drive. Nothing fancy. It's just going to be a server.

In my readings of this board, Somewhere, don't ask where, I read if you hit F10, it won't work, you need to save and exit the other way, and you will be good to go. Don't ask, I did read that, and I THINK it was on extreme forums.
Hope this helps!

Are you entering a numeric value on the CPU Frequency line before pressing enter? (You won't get a menu of frequencies to select from, you have to enter the number yourself.)

BTW, either method (F10 or save & exit) works for me with bios changes.
