Rumor has it these are going to hit the market in January. Would anyone hear want to get one? Supposedly will be closer to reg prices, and will be using Intel's new Yonah chip.

yonah is nice in a notebook... if they had a small one with socket for sim cards for gprs/edge , their excelent isight built in, high res 12.1" screen, ( 1280x1024 ), then id consider it, especially if i can format it and put vista on it.

I don't think I'd want one, even if I could afford it. Mac's OS may be stable, but it's still really annoying to use. I hate Finder.

Windows XP is just as annoying. Too bad you've already had years of experience on it. I went to a mac mini for 3 and a half months and I fell in love with Mac OS X. I'm back on PC now, but winxp just feels...lame and problematic vs os x.

I'd rather have a PowerPC processor, but I'm considering it. I want a small notebook, and IBM seems to be the only reasonable option at the moment.

I would have rather Apple include two mouse buttons on their laptops instead of switching processors. Then I'd consider it.

I love macs and PCs but for different reasons. Mac=Stable for my job, PC=GAMES MAN. Now, if all the latest games came out for mac and a decent video card then I would be a mac user.

My PC is stable. Buy a crappy PC with crappy parts and you will get a very unstable PC. Buy a quality PC and you can have it running stable for a long time.

My pc is extremely stable. Its just that I wish the mac had the games capability as the pc.
