What is the best reward Visa/Mastercard out there? This will be $9700 a year.

probably a yahoo visa with the best rewards... pick what you use most, cash back, gas back, miles, etc.

Very nice that you can pay rent with a cc, I wish I could do that.

You can either get cash back rewards 1% or points or airline miles which would you most likely use?

Unless the airline miles were worth like 2 to 1 of the cash back, we would probably just use cashback. Plus most of the airline cards we've found have an annual fee.

I use a Citibank Platinum Select Dividends Mastercard. 1% back on all purchases, no "tiered" earnings like many Discover cards.

Yep, that's the downfall to most credit cards which earn airline miles rewards.
