Ah they finally changed the interface to something more this century. It also has daily minimized update default activated. Seems like THE antivirus program to beat.

Using it now. It's a great product.

I stopped using NOD32 and so saved a lot of money, when I discovered Antivir.

It's at least as good as NOD32 and Antivir seem to be putting more of an effort in.

uninstalled avast and installed antivir. Def. looks better than the old one.

$50/year is a lot of money? Anyways, go look at the detection ratings and NOD32 is significantly better. Although Antivir is one of the best free A/V programs

I'm pretty sure it's pronounced in American English as "Ann-tai-veer". (or Ann-tee, depending on how you want to say anti.

I haven't tried the latest version, but I had the exact same issue with AntiVir in earlier versions. I had it installed in 2 PCs here and after getting annoyed with update speed, I decided to install AVG.

Updates just fine for me. Is Anti-Vir still free forever? Because it says the license expires in a year now..
