Oh, after reading the description, I assume that you're talking about Darling in the FranXX. It's not too bad so far. But seriously... if you want to talk about a mech anime that is ACTUALLY perverted, how about you go with something like Kenzen Robo Daimidaler. In that anime, the person's ability to pilot the mech is literally based upon his horniness, and in the first episode, you get him fondling his handler for the organization that has the mechs (she has really big boobs).
