My Asus K8V has something wrong, so I'm considering, just getting a whole new board, I'm looking that the Gigabye K8NS Pro But before I rush out and buy it, I'm wondering how compatible is it with ym memory. I've heard that Gigabyte boards can be rather picky. I'm using Corsair Value-select PC-3200 1gb (512mbx2). Does anyone foresee any problems?

i've had dual channel problems with this set of memory on my setup... but socket 754 doesnt support dual channel. I think you should be fine.

that motherboard kinda sucks for overclocking... the VNF-250 would be a better deal, its only $71. or if you want a really good motherboard ge the Epox 8kda3+, the DFI lanpaty UT, or the MSI K8n Neo platinum.
