New AMD system voltages???

Hey guys just got all my parts for my new pc and put it all together its really nice just wondering what the voltage should be set for some parts. My CPU is an AMD 3500+ 90nm...My GPU is a Gainward 6800GT Golden Sample. When I oc the card to ultra speeds it hits lower fps and pauses for periods of seconds every now and then, so maybe its my voltage? currently the gpu voltage is on 1.5. I kno the voltage for everything else, just wondering if anyone knew those, thanks in advance.

is ur amd 3500+ a 64 or xp? 64's are 12v.. I dont know about xp.

How high are your temps?

it reaches up to 72 c and my case temps are around 30c cpu is like 45c load
