New AMD Motherboard

I'm shopping for a new motherboard to replace my aging MSI K7 Master. I've been considering the ABIT KX7333, but I remember hearing about one manufacturer having a lifetime warranty on their products. If anyone could fill me in on which manufacturer has a lifetime warranty on their boards, I would greatly appreciate it.

My guess is a Socket A as that's the type of board he's considering.

I didn't know any motherboard manufacture offered a lifetime warranty.
